Log in to and change the donation amount and/or frequency

If you opt-in for automatic billing, you control the amount and cancellations from the Donorbox account you set up (you’ll have an email with instructions for logging in that’s sent from Donorbox).

If you use a credit card as the back end source of payment, the cancellation (or $ amount adjustment) should be seamless. If you use PayPal, it should be seamless too, however, we’d suggest logging in to your PayPal account just to make sure the donorbox cancellation goes through properly on the PayPal side.
